Fans of MI Abaga will have to wait longer for his new album.
The CEO of Chocolate City Music has taken a break from music and the release of his forthcoming album to attend a course at the Oxford University in England.
The rapper whose album is expected in October, announced on Twitter that he is taking the Archbishop Desmond Tutu Leadership Course at Oxford.
‘As I announced a while back, my album has been completed and is ready for release. I am however delaying [for] a shortly it so I can finish a leadership fellowship in Oxford this September…I will back in October to release more music…’ he twitted.
MI Abaga has been changing the release date for the album, as he hopes to get American rick Ross to feature on one of the tracks.
On Tuesday, MI had what could be called a debate with Osagie Alonge and Ayomide Tayo over the development of pop culture in Nigeria and the peculiarities of the Nigerian audience.
